Coping with stress

“You won’t be acknowledged during the time you are weathering the storm of your struggles, but intruders would roll out drums to celebrate your landmarks.” – Potentiality Builders

Every human being God created is blessed with one or two marks to be reflecting God’s supernatural power and incomparable traits. And because God had already known what is head of every one of us regardless of the path we are going to tread in life, He infused in us, something that should be serving as the frontiers to our respective glorious land.

These frontiers can also be known as indicators of what lies in us all. This is to mean that, as a person who had been given the right to find what is in you – and what makes you different from others – you have been blessed with the power you can unleash on something, which would be indicating what you are made of and what you can make out of life.

This submission about individual mark can be found in the stories of people, who have reached the top of the ladder in their fields of interest. It is because those people believed they are unique and distinguished in what is pumping in them, that is why they can reach the climax of their pursuits. To them, they know that they can’t maximise the values of their marks of greatness if they don’t value the marks inscribed on them.

Out of ignorance of what has been stored in some people to make them great in life, they have tried to model their life to suit other people’s need. Instead of them to adopt the template God gave them, they are struggling to adjust themselves to the plans of fellow human beings. And Abraham Maslow cautioned that “If you plan on being anything less than who you are capable of being, you will probably be unhappy all the days of your life.”

Now ask yourself these questions: What feelings do you entertain about life? Are you happy with the direction(s) you are heading in life? Are you feeling fulfilled with the compensation you are earning from life? Are you losing yourself to competitions or you are striving in your competitive world? Are you feeling challenged to keep breaking the ground, setting new records, or you are being comfortable with where you are?

For your mark of greatness to be brightened, your responses to most of the questions above must be positive. Bruce Van Horn says, “To live the life of my dreams requires that I dream the dream of my life.” Your feelings about life must be fueling your energy to live to your true purpose; you must be leading your life towards the direction of your impacts and worthy causes, you must be appreciating the gradual rewards you are earning from life and you must be competitive in a world you have designed to live.

What we are going through may indeed be slightly not encouraging – the news around the world, the toxic relationships, etc. Don’t let those things stopped you from utilizing your symbol of greatness. Neither pain, frustrations nor disappointments should drag you off the course of the peak in your horizon, be courageous to move on. “It doesn’t mean that we don’t feel pain, anger or frustration,” said by someone, “but it’s finding the courage to reclaim our power and grow from the experience.”

There is every power in you to do more than what those people you are admiring has done! What you need to do is to keep raising your hope; see yourself as a champion, create the frame of a trailblazer, mount your picture into it and cultivate the attitudes that cannot be overwhelmed by any storm. No matter what you are going through, always affirm to yourself that you have been divinely enriched to design and live the version of your greatness.

Your life is an indication of what it is and you must live it to reflect what it is. You are not in the life to be enduring the events and circumstances that unfold; you are meant to be living your own life to make a mark that would have an enduring significance. Don’t cause the illusion to the style you are blessed with to serve as an avenue to the prime of your life, you must endeavour to illuminate what is in you to charge and lightens a world that is brighter beyond any shadows!
